The last cup is the one you linger over.
The Last Cup is a 2-ply yarn in shades of dusty rose, peach, cocoa, worn leather, cinnamon and fading evening light.
A blend of Shaniko, Polwarth and Bluefaced Leicester wool joins silk and Angelina. Silk lends a gentle sheen while fine strands of Angelina catch the light with a quiet touch of sparkle. This skein holds approximately 334 yards in an 80-gram skein, measuring about 14 wraps per inch.
There is only one skein of this yarn so choose a project within its yardage or pair it with a complimentary yarn to make those colors go a little further.
Small variations in color and texture give this skein its own character with something new to notice each time it passes through your hands.
Curator’s Note: This skein includes a handwritten story card sharing the inspiration behind The Last Cup – a little of its history to accompany your own making.
